Thai farmers and entrepreneurs will be educated on how to utilise the benefits of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) before the agreement is signed by member nations in November in Vietnam, Oramon Sapthaweetham, director-general of Department of Trade Negotiations, said.
